Gary Paul Risinger, 56, of Barnhart, Missouri, passed away peacefully on March 10, 2025. Born on March 4, 1969, in St. Louis, Missouri, he was the son of John Daniel Risinger and Sheila D. Clark. Gary graduated from mechanical school and embarked on a remarkable career as a master mechanic and fabricator, earning the nickname "the man of steel."
Gary was known for his friendly nature and willingness to help others. He lived life to the fullest, showcasing his exceptional talent and craftsmanship. There was seemingly nothing he couldn't fix or create. Gary enjoyed staying busy and loved the outdoors, whether it was being on the river, four-wheeling, or spending time with friends. He was also known for being the life of the party and bringing laughter to those around him. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew him, especially through the legacy he leaves behind.
Gary is survived by his mother, Sheila D. Clark of Cadet, MO; his sister, Regina White of Dittmer, MO; his sons, Nicholas Risinger of Hillsboro, MO, and Dustin Risinger of West Virginia; and his beloved dogs, Baby Girl and Sissy. He was preceded in death by his father, John Daniel Risinger.
