Jarrod Alan Hilch, 41 years old of Saint Louis, Missouri, passed away on Monday, August 26, 2024.
Jarrod was born to Myra J. Hilch and the late Loren K. Hilch on March 23, 1983 in Saint Louis, Missouri. Jarrod graduated from Parkway Central High School in 2001 and received an HVAC EPA certification from Vatterott College in 2017.
Jarrod is survived by his mother Myra Hilch; sister Allyson Ewing and late brother-in-law John W. Ewing; sister Taryn A. Brand and brother-in-law Stephen E. Brand; Uncles Gary D. Hilch and Bruce A. Hilch. He is also survived by five nephews Landon K. Ewing (11), Clayton W. Ewing (9), Henry R. Brand (8), Grayson R. Ewing (7), Denver L. Brand (6) and two nieces Madelyn R. Ewing (5) and Goldie R. Brand (4) as well as many longtime friends.
Jarrod was a very passionate Saint Louis Cardinals and Kansas City Chiefs fan. He knew stats of many different sports teams and athletes and could talk about sports for hours. Jarrod was a lover of technology, history, trivia, tv shows and music, especially the band 311. Jarrod was calm, quiet, and very kind. His laugh was so contagious and a characteristic that he was known for by his family and friends. Please keep his family in your prayers as we navigate this world without him.
