Michael Lavelle Minton

Michael Lavelle Minton ,58, of St. Charles, MO, passed away, Thursday, March 4, 2026 at his home. 

Michael Lavelle Minton, was born on March 16, 1967, the son of Denny L. Minton and Marilyn L. (Devinney) Minton in St. Louis, City, Missouri. Michael and Leilani Minton were united in marriage on May 18, 2024 . Michael was a dedicated son, who took care of his father in their home. He loved his precious Maggie, his little Pomeranian dog. Michael served in the armed forces. He proudly served in the United States Army from 1986-1990. Michael loved smiling and laughing at the Minton family reunions. He had many friends and family that loved him dearly. He also had a passion for restoring his 1976 Corvette.

Michael is preceded in death by his mother Marilyn L. (Devinney) Minton and several Aunts and Uncles, Melba, Margarett, Mary, Charles, Jack, Bob and Jimmy Minton. Michael is survived by his father, Denny L. Minton (St. Charles, MO), sister, Vicki Minton of Arlington, Virginia. He is also survived by two children, (Little) Denny L. Minton of Arlington, Texas and daughter, Cynthia Minton of Arlington, Texas. He will be dearly missed by his three grandchildren, Vincent, Delfino, and Joel. He had so many cousins, who loved him and will miss him dearly. 

A private celebration of life with family and close friends will be at a later date TBD.
