Stanley William Matulewic, of St. Louis, Missouri, passed away on April 21, 2026, at the age of 76.
Born on June 9, 1949, Stanley attended Mercy High School and proudly served in the U. S. Army. He later earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
Stanley was known as a skilled handyman who could fix just about anything. He was also always willing to lend a helping hand, generously giving his time and talents to family, friends, and anyone in need.
He is survived by his son, David (Jennifer) Matulewic; grandchildren, Cordelia, Emerson, Riley, Remy, and Corbin Matulewic; and brothers, Bob (Glenda) Matulewic and Ted (Vickie) Matulewic. He was preceded in death by his son, Anthony Matulewic, and parents, Stanley and Gertrude Matulewic.
A celebration of life will be held on May 27, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Maryland Heights Community Center, 2300 McKelvey Rd, Maryland Heights, MO 63043. Some of Stan’s favorite snacks and drinks will be available as family and friends gather to remember and honor him.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Habitat for Humanity, the Humane Society of Missouri, or a charity of your choice.
